We are not members but come back every year. 20 yrsrs to be exact.
Didn' eat breakfist on sight.
Take down the fences between Regina and Westin. Stop the fighting!!

What was the highlight of Club Regina Puerto Vallarta
Enjoyed the hotel, but did not get what we booked and paid for.
WE did not get the room we booked for the first night as none were available. We were put in a king suite on the ground floor and in the back of the hotel. We received a king suite on the 6th floor starting the second night, but it had no jetted hot tub. The hotel will not guarantee you get what you paid for no matter what your booking company tells you. We lost a whole day waiting for a decent room and the hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this reservation!

What was the highlight of Club Regina Puerto Vallarta
If you desire lovely landscaping and friendly staff you will enjoy this resort.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The onsite restaurants are nice and the food is usually good. The service around the pool is exceptional and the wait staff are very friendly.
We had to be moved to another room when a rainfall came down through our kitchen ceiling! The staff was nice about it but it definitely was a bad issue and having to move was an inconvenience. However, our new room had a better view and was in even better condition,

I wish there would have been easier access to Westin since I was attending a convention.
Food was decent. Liked being near marina. Safe area.
Not enough people working g the pool Service. Really spread out.
